Terence Thurston
Born and raised in a small town in central Vermont, Terence Thurston moved to Colorado in 1981.
He has been managing properties in the Vail Valley since 1988, when he started working at Vail’s Mountain Haus on Bridge Street.
Terence obtained his real estate license in 1989 and has been helping buyers and sellers realize their real estate goals ever since.
Sam Thurston
Sam Thurston graduated from Colorado State University in 2013 with a Bachelor’s degree in business and a minor in Spanish. Sam received his real estate license in 2014 and since then has been working alongside his father, Terence, expanding the family business.
Sam’s work in real estate has grown exponentially and now encompasses residential sales, commercial sales and homeowner association property management. Born and raised in Edwards, Colorado, Sam has deep roots in Eagle County and also the Denver Metro area.
